What if you were going through a box of old belongings when you stumble upon an item that you had no idea what it was. You pick it up and wonder, did this have meaning to someone in my family. Maybe the item you are holding has historical value. We never truly know the significance of something until we do the research on it. The stories that come along with it. The journeys it has been on. Life is just one long ass story that has multiple chapters. Some that have highs and others with lows. Our life story can be passed on to the next generation, whether it be something you have written or something you leave behind, your story can stand the test of time. The issue at hand is, how do you make sure it does. Do you accomplish something so great like winning an award or do you create something that changes the course of human history. Whatever it is make sure you do it, otherwise your life story will fade away with the dust of your bones. What inspired me this week was actually the Antiques Road Show, yea that’s right, either I’m getting older or I’m just beginning to appreciate life and how lucky we all are to be living it. You are here, alive, right now for a reason…what is it? What is your purpose? What chapters in your life still have yet to be written?
