A few weeks ago I posted a video of a new app called Vigilante that allows people to assist with police calls. Now we have a new invention that will truly revolutionize the police chase. It’s called the Grappler Police Bumper. It slows a police chase down, safely and will also lover the risk of civilians being involved in a cash with either the person being chased or with a police car.
