If you love history, you will love the YouTube channel British Pathe. I remember watching history shows with both of my grandfathers, one of which was a WWII veteran, and I remember sitting there watching them in black and white. Seeing the looks on their faces. They were alive for some of the events that had unfolded. From assassinations, to moments when the world stood still some lucky film makers were able to catch these moments on film. One moment I remember watching as a kid and being fascinated with it was the Hindenburg crash. It was like the sinking of the Titanic but with a blimp. I just happen to live in the same state it crashed in and have even heard some creepy ghost stories of the base at which it crashed.
